• Applications are only valid when completed in full and cleared funds have been received. These funds will be returned if the application is unsuccessful or if the application is withdrawn prior to confirmation of acceptance.
• Following receipt of application and payment, all yachts will be placed on a waiting list pending acceptance by The MYBA Selection Committee
• Acceptance will be confirmed by the Selection Committee as soon as feasible following application
• The MYBA Selection Committee reserves the right to reject an application or to request further information on a yacht, should it consider that the yacht does not meet the appropriate criteria for entry.
• Registration deadline: August 14, 2009
• Upon written acceptance of yacht's entry the following cancellation policy will apply:
  Prior to midnight on September 1, 2009: 50% refund
  Prior to midnight on September 18, 2009: 25% refund
• For confirmed yachts, registration is transferable to an alternative yacht, subject to approval by the MYBA Selection committee.
• We recommend that you also provide a sales specification, photos and layout for inclusion on The MYBA Selection website and a complete list of sports, entertainment and communications equipment and facilities. Please send these to: cora@myba.net
